The Golis Team was built on a simple premise: the Central Coast multifamily market is complex enough to demand full-time specialists. Rent control ordinances, student housing dynamics, agricultural workforce housing, coastal zoning — these are not issues that a generalist broker can navigate effectively.
Steve Golis has been selling apartments on the Central Coast since 1979. In that time, he has seen every market cycle, every regulatory shift, and every type of seller and buyer that this corridor produces. That depth of experience is not something you can replicate with data alone.
