This website, centralcoastmultifamily.com (the “Site”), is operated by The Golis Team at Radius Commercial Real Estate, 226 E. De La Guerra St., Suite 100, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what information the Site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the Site collects very little.

Information you give us

The only personal information the Site collects is what you choose to submit through its two forms:

• Contact / valuation form — your name, email address, phone number, message, and, if you provide them, details about your property (address, city, unit count, asset type).
• Market-report signup — your email address.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare the valuation or information you requested, and — if you signed up for them — send you our market reports. Every report email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer-relationship platform we use to manage inquiries, and the Site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). Pages that display an interactive map load it from Google Maps, which receives the standard technical requests any embedded map requires. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social-media pixels. Form submissions travel through our own server rather than third-party scripts in your browser.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about them. To make a request, email us at GolisTeam@radiusgroup.com or call (805) 728-5561; we will verify and respond as the California Consumer Privacy Act requires. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate business need, then delete them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is a commercial real estate service directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Site handles personal information, we will update this page and its effective date.
